Shipping time is to be understood after Monting sends the items. You receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
- Colissimo Expert : Shipping within 2 days in metropolitan France. Shipping within 4 to 8 days in the rest of the world.
- TNT Express : Shipping within 1 day from Monday to Friday in metropolitan France only (except Corsica).
- Fedex Express : Shipping within 2 to 4 days in the world (except France).

Orders follow up
With the parcel ID number that you receive by email you can follow the delivery of your order on www.coliposte.net for a Colissimo shipping, on www.tnt.fr for a TNT shipping or on www.fedex.com/fr for a Fedex shipping.
After sale services
Monting takes care of after sale services for every item that you purchase on the Monting website.
In case of break down, please send your watch with its warranty document*. Monting repairs your watches for free within the warranty time. If the warranty time is over, Monting can make a free quotation to repair your watch.
* The client pays the shipping cost when sending the watch. Monting pays the shipping cost when sending the watch back.
Guarranty
Every watch bought on Monting.fr is guaranteed 2 years from the date written on the guaranty. During these 2 years, the brands will repair any manufacturing defects when the watch is delivered and any failure, for free.
However, the guaranty does not cover:
- A problem due to an accident,
- A problem due to an incorrect use,
- A problem due to a lack of care, or intervention of non-authorized persons and damages that may occur after their intervention,
- The use or damage of the battery, strap, case and glass.

Payment by Paypal
You can pay with your Paypal account.
Payment by Kwixo
Monting proposes the payment at reception by Kwixo.
Payment by postal money order (for France only)
You can send your payment by postal money order to the following address: Monting 25 avenue d’Italie 75013 Paris France. We will ship your order when we receive your payment. Given the time to receive your payment, delivery time may be longer than the time mentioned on our website.
